(b) family cohesion. (c) parental support. (d) achievement motivation (e) improvement of family financial status. Further it tries to probe that, with different economical status of native family, what is the relationship among career achievement, improvement of family financial status, and the independent variables; also its predictable extent. The research has taken business executive as study population, with 416 valid questionnaires collected. By using descriptive statistics &; Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation &; Multiple Regressions it has then concluded a statistical analysis. Hereunder are the findings summarized: 1.Native family cohesion, parental support of business executive is mostly ranked in the middle-high end. The main achievement motivation is "self-affirmation orientation" for business executive, followed by "social orientation". Their subjective career success tend to be "okay" up to "satisfactory", while objective career success presents a pyramid shape. After starting their work career, mostly their financial status stays at the same level, followed by the ones have got improved. 2.Family cohesion &; parental support and achievement motivation, they have made positively correlation against career success. Regards of the improvement of family financial status, it shows significantly positive correlation only with achievement motivation from all independent variables. 3.The predictions of family cohesion, parental support, achievement motivation for business executive’s career motivation are (a) in the case of the native family economical status is not classified: respect for each other, activity &; decision making and alienation under family cohesion, instrumental support from parental support, as well as self-affirmation orientation and social orientation of achievement motivation, all above mentioned are significantly predicable for business executive’s subjective career achievement. (b) There are two variable factors could be used to predict the “objective” career achievement, including self-affirmation orientation of achievement motivation and instrumental support from parental support. (c) The worse economical status of native family, the better in prediction of future career achievement lead from self-affirmation orientation. 4.“Self-affirmation orientation” is the best factor in predicting improvement of native family financial status.
