Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 101 === The Research About Teacher's Teaching Attitude and Efficacy in Integrative Activities of Junior High School Tsai, Kou-Wei Department of Education National Chiayi University Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the junior high school teachers’ attitudes and teaching efficacy of teaching integrative activities. Two hundred and one junior high school teachers from Chiayi and Tainan District were invited to fill out the survey questionnaire on “Learning Area of Integrative Activity Teachers’ Attitudes and Teaching Efficacy,” and one hundred and ninety four valid questionnaires were collected. Quantitative analysis(description statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson prouduct-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis) was adopted to analyze the data. Five research findings found were presented as follows. 1. On the whole, the perception of teachers’ attitudes and teaching efficacy and the performance of junior high school eaching integrative activities were about average of Chiayi and Tainan District. 2. Integrative activities teachers who do not have administrative duties tend to show more positive evaluation and teaching efficacy of Integrative activities. 3. Significant differences existed in term of the school size on teaching efficacy in integrative activities. 4. The was a significant positive between teachers’ attitudes and teaching efficacy in junior high school. 5. The teachers’ attitudes can predict teaching efficacy effectively in junior high school. The predictive rate is about 28% to 48%. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions for educational administrative agencies, junior high school teachers and future research were proposed.
