This is to utilize inked paint to combine the experience and feeling when exercising yoga to explore the interaction of life, being and soul. Through exercising yoga, I initially observe myself to harmonize with Yoga Sutra, Taoism ideas and Zen meditation including reading and reflection to display the artistic creation and discourse in this stage. This creative discourse divides five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which elaborates motivation, purpose, method, field, limitation of research and glossary. The second chapter is to explore the cosmology in yoga which is the root of everything. The inaction of Taoism and nothingness of Zen meditation profoundly influence Chinese picture. Applying inaction and nothingness is to discuss the meaning of leaving space in inked paint. Leaving space does not mean to draw nothing, but it is essence and substance behind everything; expression of aesthetics in Zen meditation is to explore plain and simple feature of Zen picture which delivers the significance of enlightened heart and original mind to extend the thoughtfulness of individual creation by theory. The third chapter is to deeply explore the individual creative idea of the author’s transformation from the stage of learning development to the stage of current creation. Mainly based on the yoga creation, the purport and allusion of yoga postures expresses in picture. Mostly drawing black and white as well as adding some colors demonstrates purification and meditation. The fourth chapter is to more deeply explain the creative idea and main subject of individual in current stage. Finally, the fifth chapter is initially from self-examination and introspection to rethink the undergoing and attitude of creation. Through this research, the author comprehends own self, realizes life and artistic creation. In this repetitive process, the author can more understand the value of artistic creative research which is not only in art itself, but also in life and living. Bringing nothingness and inaction to life can use optimistic attitude to face secularities. In artistic aspect, it can bring observers more inspiration by appreciating creation to purify emotion, grope life, create peace and joy in soul as well as enhance spiritual intelligence.
