And then, explore if shift workers’ coping style have moderation affection between these factors. Base on the statistical methods, the results were in following: 1.Shift workers violate the day and night cycle more, the circadian thythm also tend to violate the cycle more. And then, they will have more problems in their sleeping quality, family interaction, and interpersonal relationships. 2.Shift workers’ circadian thythm have complete mediation affection between shift schedule and sleeping quality. When they violate day and night cycle more, they also have more problems in sleeping. 3.Shift workers’ sleeping quality have partial mediation affection between Circadian Type and biopsychosocial health. When they violate day and night cycle more, they will have more problems in family interaction, interpersonal relationships and biopsychosocial health. 4.Shift workers’ coping style has no moderation affection between the research factors, but there’s a relationship between biopsychosocial health and coping style. When they face the family or interpersonal problems, they will try to solve the problems by getting more social supports or solving the problems, not by using emotional strategies. Generally speaking, when they face more biopsychosocial health problems, they tend to solve the problems by problem-direction or positive coping strategies.
