Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 課程設計與潛能開發學系 === 101 === This study was through action research, secondly depth interviews, to explore the power and cultural identity of the cultural development camp group members in the group interaction.The research findings were following: Members of their youth culture development camp from culture courses to train members of their cultural identity and group identity, with Time group development in a variety of stages, all stages of its activities demonstrated by the members of their emotional and learning, the cohesion force members of their contribution to the group, show members practice to reach team goals ethnic cultures, thus contributing to the mission of the members of their ethnic culture heritage, members who pay community areas from the cultural growth of the camp expanded to the entire tribe and ethnic groups, members of their ethnic culture can take the initiative to learn and pay, members who participate in youth culture development camp helps to enhance self-cultural identity, through members of their learning and interactive understanding of ethnic and cultural meaning and the core values of the ashram, members of their group interaction from respect, appreciation, inclusive perspective, to as the lifeblood of ethnic cultural continuity in the future and as a tribe of Sakizaya ethnic perish sentiment.
