Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 101 === The analysis of gene networks is one of the hardest works in microarray analysis. Due to a lot of gene connection relations, it is complicated to analyze gene networks for understanding the evolution and functions of genomes. Gene team is a popular model for conserved gene clusters. In this thesis, we transform gene networks to graphs, and then propose a gene group concept, i.e., a densely connected subgraph, based on the graph model. An experimental study is proposed. We think this graph approach may useful for nding closed genes.
