Affected by frequency error and Doppler shift, carrier frequency offset (CFO) happens. Therefore, improving this disadvantage is the main purpose in this research; besides, it was based on Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) Function Modulation to analyze a certain relay network. Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) was proposed to deal with carrier frequency offset; data were acquired through computer simulation. Various system parameters were applied to assess the relation between Mean Square Error (MSE) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). At the end, with the comparison of Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CRLB), the research results could be observed and anticipated within the transmission through multipath channel of Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN).
