This has contributed to the agricultural development of Jhuzihhu and a greater focus on tourism and hospitality resulting in a change of environment and lifestyle for residents. Tourism development in the local area has brought about its own set of challenges. To address challenges associated with high visitor rates and environment impacts from the tourism industry in this area, the communities try to develop a friendly ecotourism approach. They have built their ecotourism model on the historical culture, natural environment and raising community consciousness to establish the basis of community sustainable tourism and fostering community recovery. The main objective of this study, therefore, is to find whether the Jhuzihhu community has the right direction towards sustainable development until now. Secondly, I want to study the role that ecotourism plays in sustainable community development. We surveyed residents, government officials, experts and other stakeholders in the Jhuzhzihu Results of our case study shows that although the local resources is used to promote ecotourism, and that many residents have positive attitudes towards developing sustainable ecotourism in the community sustainable ecotourism is impacted. As a result of being located in national park, with rich external support, the residents have little individual motivation to act. Secondly, the decision-making of public make local industry to be competitive. This competition has impacted the cohesiveness of locals. Thirdly, differing views of residents and industry on development, and the lack of consensus on ecotourism development have slowed local ecotourism development.
