As one of the supply chain integration mechanisms in practical application is supply contract, and iPad is an important commodity in the 3C market. Therefore, this study focuses on the iPad, and takes into account a two-stage supply chain (suppliers and retailers) to identify the strategies of suppliers and retailers and to construct two commonly used supply contract (buy-back contract and revenue-sharing contract) game model. Then by collected relative information, this research finds out the optimal strategy of both the supplier and retailer supply chain members. The results showed that: (a) When a buy-back contract is used, the supplier should be advised to select the supply quantity is low and the retailer is recommended that don’t choose a tired up programs with the customer. (b) When a revenue-sharing contract is used, the supplier should be advised to select supply quantity is low, while the retailers are recommended to choose a tied up programs with the customer.
