碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 101 === The public security is the important issue for the habitants who live in the multi-family housing building. People live so crowdedly that the public danger accident may cause large injure by a chain reaction. Regarding the statistics data of damage by the natural disasters as earthquake, typhoon and unnatural fire, we could see that the fire is the first threat to face and protect. This study will research the fire risk factors in the multi-family housing building by the way of risk management, and look for some feasible traetments to reduce the possibility of fire appearance. On base of the study structure, the researcher adopt the descriptive statistics and the interviews as study methods to analyze the fire events statistics, to sift the fire risk factors and to establish the list of anti-fire treatments etc. At last the researcher got the complete results for the most important fire risk factors and relative anti-fire treatments; and also obtained some valuable experience about the prevention of fire.
