Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 101 === Taiwan is often stricken by typhoons because of its location right on the typhoon passage. Besides, due to the geological fragility and gradient steepness, landslides and mudslides caused by typhoon torrential rains occur yearly. Not only the individual life and properties are taken away, the social costs are heavily consumed in rescue during the typhoon season. Therefore, the disaster relief management is an important lesson we shall pay attention to. In this study, multivariate statistical software SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis of the concept of principal component analysis(PCA).Screening-related variables of the main relief, investment in selected disaster relief trips, delivering supplies, transporting rations, evacuated into equipment number of the 12 factors for evaluating the relief efficiency indicators. Main variables obtained relief through principal component analysis, and set all weights to calculate the principal component for the importance of reference of future disaster relief policy-makers in determining the allocation of relief resources and priorities.
