Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 101 === Since 1998 Joint Logistics Information System has been builtto actively implement the information technology of ammunition management , including the army ammunition management information system. Due to the organizational restructuring and the manpower streamlining, the army ammunition professional management units have resulted in heavy loading. It is essential to establish effective scientific management techniques and equipment to response the impact of the changes. Although RFID technology has been developed for several decades, it has not earned much attention until recently because of the techniques breakthrough and the cost down. This study utilizes literature research and expert questionnaire to find the critical success factors of RFID. The 4 dimensions and 13 evaluation criteria were established. The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to analyze the various criteria. The results show that the order of the 6 critical success factors in ammunition management using RFID were Selection of strategic objectives, Cost-benefit assessment, Development planning, Ranges of applications and Safety of usage, Update and integration of information systems, and High-level support and participation. The two themes are the Planning theme and the Technical theme. These conclusion can contribute to the reference for MoD to carry out the policy of RFID implementation of ammunition management.
