Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 101 === The study aims to investigate the current status and the relationship between school organizational culture and the usage of cloud computing technology in elementary schools at Hsinchu city and Hsinchu county, their differences in perception and the correlation and predictability among variables. The research is carried out by a questionnaire and the subjects are 146 teachers from 30 elementary schools at Hsinchu city and Hsinchu county.The collected data is calculated and analyzed by the SPSS Windows 17. 0 version ; the analysis methods include descriptive statistics , t -test , one -way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. Based on the result of data analyzed, this study can be concluded as below: 1. The school organizational culture of elementary schools at Hsinchu city and Hsinchu county is “creative culture”, followed by “supportive culture” and “bureaucratic culture”. 2. The usage of cloud computing technology of elementary schools at Hsinchu city and Hsinchu county performs better on “teaching efficacy”, followed by “hardware and software support”, “teaching effectiveness”, “intention of using cloud computing technology in teaching”, “ease of operation”, and “professional development”. 3.The elementary school teachers’ usage of cloud computing technology is different because of different school organizational culture. 4. Teachers who are male, department directors, and with experience of participating in cloud computing technology workshops have higher scores in their perception towards cloud computing technology. 5. There is significant relationship between school organizational culture and the usage of cloud computing technology. 6. Teachers’ perception towards the “creative culture” of school organizational culture can predict the usage of cloud computing technology.
