Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 101 === A Study on the Relationship among Principals’ Spiritual Leadership, Teachers’ Psychological Capital and Teachers’ Organizational Commitment in Junior High Schools Abstract This study is first to explore the current situation of junior high principals’ spiritual leadership, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ organizational commitment. Next, it investigates the interrelationships among junior high principals’ spiritual leadership, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ organizational commitment. Finally, it further explores the impact of junior high principals’ spiritual leadership, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ organizational commitment. The research methods include literature review and questionnaire survey. The survey subjects are public junior high school teachers across Taiwan area. The research handed out 1205 questionnaires, among which there were 803 questionnaires valid with the availability rate of 83%. The data is analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and SEM. The findings based on the results of the research are as follows: 1.Teachers’ perceptions of principals’ spiritual leadership reach the middle level. 2.Teachers’ perceptions of teachers’ psychological capital reach the high level. 3.Teachers’ perceptions of teachers’ organizational commitment reach the middle level. 4.There are significantly positive correlations between principals’ spiritual leadership and teachers’ psychological capital. 5.There are significantly positive correlations between principals’ spiritual leadership and teachers’ organizational commitment. 6.There are significantly positive correlations between teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ organizational commitment. 7.Principals’ spiritual leadership and teachers’ psychological capital both have the prediction toward teachers’ organizational commitment. 8.It is mutually influential between the principals’ spiritual leadership and teachers’ psychological capital to teachers’ organizational commitment. Teachers’ psychological capital has the mediating effect between principals’ spiritual leadership and teachers’ organizational commitment. According to the research findings, some suggestions are proposed for the reference of education-related units, education officers and research staff engaged in future related researches.
