In this study, the ecological balance of the perspective of landscape ecology theory and previous research, based on induction urban green site evaluation indicators, to integrate the opinions of relevant experts and scholars in the field through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), given to the assessment indicators different weights, and the use of Geographic Information System (GIS), spatial analysis of the various indicators, siting idle Jhubei urban planning area open space, to find the most ecological value patch, and to explore these patches is set for the green parks, Jhubei City as a whole ecological functions. The analysis showed that different parts of the patch in the city, each with its excellent condition, in which plant species more close to the green network system weights the highest, so have a patch of these two conditions, the most value is set to green, , the future units of green parks set works and priority of these patches, so that the green space resources of the city as a whole more efficient, while maintaining the ecological balance of the urban environment, to provide a more livable environment.
