This study aimed to investigate the current situations and circumstances of junior high school principal positive leadership, school organizational climate and teacher’s teaching effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and the differences among the positive leadership of junior high school principals, school organizational climate and teacher’s teaching effectiveness, to investigate the situation and the impact of the above three. The research methods included literature review and questionnaire survey. The survey objects were junior high school teachers across Taiwan area. The study issued a total of 1,316 questionaires, with the return rate of 78.9%, among which 730 questionaires were valid. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling. The findings based on the results of the research are as follows: 1. The perception of the junior high school teachers toward the principals implement positive leadership is good. 2. The perception of the junior high school teachers toward school organizational climate is good. 3. The perception of the junior high school teachers toward the teacher’s teaching effectiveness is good. 4. Male, the director of the office, and northern district’s junior high school teachers perceived the principal positive leadership better. 5. Male and northern district’s junior high school teachers perceived the school organizational climate better. 6. Male, the director of the office, the northern district, and the scale of the school under 12 classes perceived the teacher’s teaching effectiveness better. 7. The junior high school principal positive leadership and school organizational climate has a significant positive correlation. 8. The junior high school principal positive leadership and teacher’s teaching effectiveness has a significant positive correlation. 9. The junior high school organizational climate and teacher’s teaching effectiveness has a significant positive correlation. 10. The junior high school principal positive leadership through school organizational climate affects the teaching effectiveness of teachers, school organizational climate with partial mediating effect. 11. "Use of positive meaning" has a high explanatory power on teacher’s teaching effectiveness. According to the research findings, some suggestions are proposed for the reference of education administrative units, junior high school principals and teachers, and research staff engaged in future related researchers. 謝傳崇 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 180 zh-TW
