| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理系企業電子化碩士班 === 101 === Due to global trade and the rapid growth of Information Technology has dramatically change traditional business model. Enterprise has to face more complex situation than before. However, many of small and medium enterprises in Taiwan still adopt conservative measure to operate the organization, for instance, business process handling by worker. This kind of method will lead to operating errors ,low working efficiency and unnecessary costs. The traditional Information Systems are short of integrity and used to solve only single problem. If enterprise would like to survive from this grim environment, they must have the ability of dealing with problems quickly and the ability of integration. The research is based on four main theories to analyzing case in depth, and find out the difficult position of the case. Finally, the purpose of this study is to construct the most suitable solution for the case company and enhance the competition advantage.
