In response to the imminent implementation of the 12-year compulsory education, community high school teachers and school administrative team require more positive arrangement for the study planning of three years of senior high school. This research uses the third grade students at certain public high school enrolled in 2009 as a sample, with their scores of the Basic Competence Test and Scholastic Achievement Test as research data, and adopts one way ANOVA analysis and multiple regression to explore the relationship of variables of students’ genders, academic groups and scores of the Basic Competence Test and the Scholastic Achievement Test. The research found that the enrollment subjects scores of the Basic Competence Test and Scholastic Achievement Test is significantly correlated. While the level of entry are quite different, it tests the wisdom of teachers and school administrative team. On different genders or different academic groups, there is significant difference of total fractions of the Scholastic Achievement Test; thus, the multiple regression model mode displayed that social study of the Basic Competence Test has the greatest impact on total fractions of the Scholastic Achievement Test and science of the Basic Competence Test has the least impact on it. It can be used as a reference for teachers and school administrative team when placement teaching and course arrangement to create better educational strategies and achieve the goal of becoming adaptive learning community schools.
