Since 1970, service industry has occupied more than 50 percent of Taiwan’s industrial structure. At present, the proportion is more than 70 percent because of service industry’s production and growing in scales. Besides, its proportion over than manufacturing industry in advanced country and lead to enhance the significance of the development of innovative activities for growing in national economy. In the era of knowledge economy, service innovation is the way of manufacturing and maintaining organization to attain competitive advantages. Knowing that service innovation including radical innovation and incremental innovation, it must follow fit with organization’s business strategy in a manner of internal consistence. Therefore, the study will probe into service industry’s service innovation and organization’s business strategy to get business performance by examining the effect of FIT on business performance between service innovation and business strategy. This study uses SPSS 17.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 to analyze the collected data with the measurement model and structural model.
