Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 系統資訊與控制研究所 === 101 === With increasing development of technology and cloud computing, it can reduce the product life cycle dramatically, rise the product cost, and drop in profits sharply. In addition, manual schedule need more time and poor ability to respond when order need to change. These factors can cause people hardly to predict capacity of production line. How to improve product quality, reduce cost of production, enhance competitiveness and conform delivery time through optimal control schedule? In other to satisfy demand order and reduce the cost, people have to consider ordering deadline and spend time to change mold simultaneously. Therefore, this research provide application decimal chromosome coding with orders tardiness and time of change mold using GA to optimized, and comparing with actual production cases, the experimental results show that application of this method can reduce the orders tardiness and time of change mold effectively, let production more efficient.
