Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 101 === Social media platform combines Web2.0 to create a feature that allows users to browse their own preference, publish their articles, interact with others, publish their work and knowledge sharing in order to create and build a long lasting website relationship. This relationship is a society resource and it is also a relationship between social capital. The better the relationship between communities and groups can lay a good relationship of mutual trust and mutual assistance. However, related study shows that users have withdrawn their personal accounts and do not wish to share openly. They hesitate to share information and build relationships. This is what we called social media fatigue phenomenon. The social media fatigue phenomenon causes users to minimize and reduce their willingness to share on the internet and decreases the frequency of use. This effects users’ shared information. This study combines social capital theory and social media fatigue phenomenon to explore the impact of social media platforms.
