The major purpose of this study was to understand the occurrence and concentration of PAEs in indoor dust in a public building and to investigate their associations with characteristics of building materials (including PAEs-containing materials), usage of office equipment and cleaning frequency. Results show that the type of flooring with highest PAEs levels is carpet, following by plastic floor, plywood floor and terrazzo floor. DEHP and DINP are the most detected PAEs in the building. The concentrations of dust PAEs might be affected by the cleaning frequency. Dust PAEs levels might be reduced by cleaning frequently. The usages of office equipment and consumption product will also affect the PAEs levels in indoor dust. Higher dust PAEs levels might be found in the indoor environment with higher usage of PAEs-containing materials and office equipment. Chia-Wei Lee 李家偉 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 61 zh-TW
