Not only the enterprises can’t profit, also, it leads the investors to lose wealth. Now we are focus on the globalization trade of competition especially. After integrating interviewers’ opinions, the strategic factor map is restructured. We expect to establish the strategic factors map for TFT-LCD industry in Taiwan with experts’ opinions. There are at least twice expert interviews. If experts still have any doubts about the framework set of the second stage questionnaires. We will keep on the framework modifications and the questionnaire interviews, till the strategic factors map is completed overall. The study finally constructs 11 subjects that affect TFT-LCD industry development. The subjects include (1) manufacturing capacity, (2) customer relationships, (3) rise of emerging markets, (4) international litigations and laws, (5) human resources, (6) patents and technology, (7) management of finance and operation, (8) supply chain layout, (9) government industrial policies, (10) business ethics, and (11) social responsibility. Each subject develops 4 to 8 strategies. There are 66 strategies in all. Results of the study show that "patents and technology" is identically considered by experts the most important and difficult subject. The most feasible subject is "corporation morals" and the next is "manufacturing capacity". Moreover, according to the questionnaire interview mode of this study, corporations can adjust in accordance with corporations situations by using the strategic factor framework for TFT-LCD industry in Taiwan that this study designs.
