The finite element software ANSYS / Workbench is used to frame pedalling force fatigue test. Kriging interpolation method to establish the response surface model the MATLAB nonlinear method to find the best size analysis of regulations in line with the commissioning frame stepping force. By uniform design experimental methods to identify the impact parameter combination of the fatigue life of the frame. Obtained under conditions of maximum safety factor, the best bicycle frame appearance with the combination of design parameters and compared with MATLAB obtained the best value. The research results show through the model validation error bicycle frame that the use of Kriging surrogate model for optimal OBJ 1.046 bicycle frame weight is reduced from the original 2.19 kg to 2.078 kg, the safety factor is increased from the original 1.75 to 1.97 Sensitivity analysis found fillet ST is the maximum sensitivity of the OBJ, so change the design in the future need to pay attention.
