The finite element software ANSYS / Workbench is used to frame pedalling force fatigue test. Kriging interpolation method to establish the response surface model the MATLAB nonlinear method to find the best size analysis of regulations in line with the commissioning frame stepping force. By uniform design lightweight experimental method to identify the parameters effect the fatigue life of the frame combination. Factor of safety conditions at the maximum limit, the calculated optimal appearance and design parameters of the bicycle frame combination, the findings show that the use of Kriging surrogate model obtained the best value of 1.9187 fatigue level, through model validation error of 1.56%, fatigue is the best pedalling force 1.781, model checking error by 3.14%. By variation of two factors, sensitivity analysis and found that the level of force and pedaling force down tube diameter maximum sensitivity of the objective function.
