The method of this study was adapted quantitative technique. “The Questionnaire of The Relationship among Job Involvement, Job Performance and Organizational Commitment of Police in Kaohsiung City” was developed by researcher and the content validity was established via invited 6 experts in territory of academic and police. A pilot study was carried out and collected 107 available pretest questionnaires to test the reliability and validity, and the inadequate items were eliminated. The purpose sampling was used and 500 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 456 questionnaires were collected, the available ratio was 91.2%. Description analysis, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA and Person correlation analysis were adapted. The conclusions of this study indicated that: I. The police in Kaohsiung City had medium and high level of performance on job involvement, job performance and organizational commitment; II. The job involvement, job performance and organizational commitment had significant diversity in different number of children and duty programming. Moreover, the job performance had significant diversity in different marriage status and education background, either; III. The among job involvement, job performance and organizational commitment had positive relationship significantly. According to above results, the seggections of this study were made as follow: I. It sould care more of diversified background of polices who perform on job involvement, job performance and organizational commitment. II. Attempting to enhance any of one job involvement, job performance and organizational commitment.
