The study adopted questionnaire, responded to nine public high schools in Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County. And the total samples of 720 are valid. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The interpersonal relationship of the high school student who joins the clubs is positive, and it helps to promote group fusion most. 2. The well-being of the high school student who joins the clubs is positive. According to the scores in the scales, “positive emotion” is the highest. 3. The interpersonal relationship and well-being of the female students are better than the male students. 4. The interpersonal relationship of the students who join “recreation service social” club is better. 5. The interpersonal relationship and well-being of the students who are club cadres are better than the students who are not club cadres . 6. The interpersonal relationship and well-being of the students who spend more time joining clubs are better. 7. The interpersonal relationship and well-being of the students who invest high spirit in clubs are better. 8. There is a significant and positive correlation between interpersonal relationship and well-being. 9. The interpersonal relationship of the high school student who joins the clubs can validly predict the well-being. All in all, the findings of the study can offer some suggestions as well as references.
