Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 101 === Education lays the foundation of a nation’s development. Above all, the school brand image plays a crucial role of the success of a school. This study aims to find out the relationship between a school’s brand image,organizational innovation and teacher’s job involveman in Junior High School.
The study uses the questionnaire based on the teachers of junior high schools in Kaohsiung City .There were 645 questionnaires issued with 550 returning. The recovery ratio is 85.2%.Through descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson relative analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis as well as other analyses, we reach four points in the following:
1.Junior High School teachers have good perception of the current situation in school brand image,especially on experiential school brand.
2.Junior High school teacher’s job have good perception of the current situation in organizational innovation.
3.Junior High school teacher’s job involvement got an above average mark.
4.Part-time administrative and senior teachers have better perception of the school brand image.
5.Part-time administrative and senior teachers have better perception of the organizational innovation.
6.Part-time administrative, senior and teachers at farest school location have better perception of the teacher’s job involvement.
7.There are medium positive correlation between the whole and every dimension of school brand image, organizational innovation and teacher’s job involvement.
8.There is a marked positive impact of school brand and organizational innovation on teacher’s job involvement,a partial mediating effect is administrative operational innovation.
The study shows that the school brand and organizational innovation better is , the higher the teacher’s job involvement shows.To sum up, this study is intended to offer information for the references of educational authorities, schools and prospective researchers as well.
