In recent years, mainly in reference to the relevant customer service quality dimensions of research data, mostly PZB service quality SERVQUAL measurement model theory and research scholars to a maximum of applications, there have been many scholars view complete support of the relevant empirical research, this study determined PZB service quality model in the conceptual design "campus principal factors military instructors service cognitive differences," study questionnaires were school teachers, administrators, students and military instructors conduct empirical research, and the results of the questionnaire related variables statistical analysis to identify military Training service of the key factors of relevance measure of corporate (military training instructors) and customers (students) between the quality of service for military training cognitive differences, so as to review the work of the future need sophisticated military parts, and accordingly recommend to the competent authority feasible measures to improve the direction and provide military training instructors perform military service on campus practical reference work adjustment, its findings are as follows: 1.A different personal attributes of military training instructors work experience service quality has a positive impact on relations 2.
