And always export the bulk of Taiwan machine tool industry, the supply chain is one area cannot be ignored, especially in the face from the United States, Japan, Germany and other industrial powers of the competition, Taiwan's machine tool industry's competitiveness must be improved, and this must rely on integrated upstream suppliers to achieve, by Taiwan's machine tool industry with key suppliers upstream policy integration and deepen mutual cooperation, to achieve better supply chain performance to enhance growth, which can bring the whole industry upgrades. The purpose of this study is to explore more deeply the upstream Taiwan's machine tool industry and a key supplier to the collaborative process, including key supplier relationship management for the planning, execution and control, by studying their relationship and supply chain performance, and then added supply uncertainty as the Moderating Variable to explore whether the key supplier relationship management for supply chain performance impact. In this study, the following conclusions based on empirical results:1. Control key supplier relationships will positively affect the supply chain performance. 2.
