In this research questionnaire survey method is conducted and 600 questionnaires are issued. Consequently there are 417 valid questionnaires and the overall response rate is 69.5%. Moreover the data is analyzed in various statistical methods including standard deviation t-test stepwise regression. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. Tainan City elementary school teachers use whiteboard use in teaching attitudes are moderate, but slightly lower on the willingness of the design whiteboard lesson plans. 2. Gender, educational background, teaching experience, acts as an office in the school teachers' personal background variables wishes for whiteboard for teaching no significant differences. 3. Small school teachers on the whiteboard willingness to use significantly higher than medium-sized school teachers. 4. Teachers whiteboard use attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control has a significant correlation between with applied teaching activities willingness. 5. Through stepwise regression statistical analysis also found that the use of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control for use whiteboard teaching will have the predictive power of up to 42.2% and are statistically significant. This study suggests that schools should be through the sharing of learning and teaching cases, change the attitude of the teachers 'use of the whiteboard, IV and influence teachers' assistance and information expertise by peers, and jointly promote the teaching activities of the whiteboard, and thus enhance the information into teaching the level and reach an effective learning educational goal.
