Secondly, to explore the differences of electronic picture books integrating into instruction among teachers with different work environments and individual backgrounds. Finally, to investigate the correlations of the teaching implementation, educational value attitude, and teaching predicament. The sample subjects of this research were first and second grade teachers in elementary schools in Penghu County, with the research tool developed by the researcher, “A survey questionnaire for the current situations of electronic picture books integrating into instruction by elementary school teachers in Penghu County.” There were 104 questionnaires delivered, and 99 of them are valid. The data were processed by statistics software to conduct descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation. Based on the analysis, the following conclusions were made: 1. First and second grade teachers in elementary school had positive attitude on electronic picture books integrating into instruction. Most teachers have been integrated electronic picture books into instruction. The widely used areas were in language and environmental education. The most teaching materials were electronic picture books on the Internet or CDs provided by publishers. The most predicament was worrying about copyright issues. 2. The teachers with different genders have significant differences in implementation of integrating electronic picture books into instruction. 3. Significant differences in implementation of integrating electronic picture books into instruction existed between different attitude school supports, information equipments and professional learning community. 4. There is a low positive correlation between the opinion and the implementation of integrating electronic picture books.
