Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 101 === This study aims to investigate the relationships between distributed leadership, innovative management, organizational learning, and school effectiveness in junior high schools of Pingtung County. This study also explores the different effects of demographic variables on distributed leadership, innovative management, organizational learning, and school effectiveness. This study uses questionnaire survey method. The research samples are the teachers in junior high schools in Pingtung County, excluding those in private schools, affiliated junior high schools, and comprehensive high schools. 460 respondents in the 34 schools replied. The statistics methods used in this study include factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Distributed leadership has a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness. 2. Distributed leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative management. 3. Innovative management has a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness. 4. Distributed leadership has a positive effect on school effectiveness through the mediating effect of innovative management. 5. Organizational learning has no moderating effect on distributed leadership and innovative management. 6. Organizational learning has no moderating effect on innovative management and school effectiveness.
