According to the research results, this study concretes recommendations for school leaders and education authorities to manage schools, promote school’s active atmosphere and raise school’s efficacy. With the regard to clarify research problems, the research method adopted in the dissertation is questionnaire survey. The research population is the teachers of 38 public junior high schools in Pingtung County. The sum of 418 junior high school teachers is the samples, and the valid questionnaires are 360 copies with the usable percentage at 86.1%. The data were analyzed by the following statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person Product-Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results are as follows: 1. As to the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County awareness of principals’ transformational leadership, the score is upper intermediate level. It performed well at “co-creation vision”, but poorly at “support & concern”. 2. Most of the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County perceive that their school organization climate is quite open. 3. As to the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County awareness of their school organization climate, the highest score falls on “directive behavior”, and the lowest falls on “disengaged behavior”. 4. As to the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County awareness of principals’ transformational leadership, the male teachers, the teachers in off-shore island, aboriginal areas, villages & towns, and particular remote districts get higher score than other teachers. 5. As to the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County awareness of school organization climate, the teachers in off-shore island, aboriginal areas, and particular remote districts get higher score than the teachers in urban districts. 6. High principles’ transformational leadership on school organizational climate is significant better than those who are middle & low principles’ transformational leadership. 7. There were significant medium positive correlations between principles’ transformational leadership and school organizational climate. 8. The school organizational climate of junior high school can be predicated by principles’ transformational leadership with the highest score falling on “intellectual stimulation”.
