The study will be present by the historical background of establishment , the different ideals from different periods, the planning and operations of the courses, and the limitations and difficulties encountered. Also, anything worth to be concerned and any valuable special points. About the ways of research, there are analyze documents and Interviews. The main interviewees are the central figures from Kaohsiung tribal college, including the organizers, the executive head of business unit managers, contractors, the principal of Kaohsiung tribal college, administrative staff, as well as lecturers, students, etc. Based on the analyzed data and the results, the conclusions are summarized as follow: A.The establishment of are related to lifetime learning and the emphasis of south tribal. B.The developing track of the Kaohsiung tribal college is a process of keeping expanding learning visual field and Implement. C.The Kaohsiung tribal college explores the features by imagery guided. D.The divides of authorities and units limited the process of the Kaohsiung tribal college. E.The special points in different periods present the favor of Kaohsiung tribal college. Based on finding, there are three recommendations are presented as follow: A.Enhance levels of the administrative unit of tribal university and the functions of integration. B.With regard to climate vicissitude, develop the research of calamity science. C.Make a good use of tribal college as a resource sharing platform.
