Researcher’s self intuitive thinking and description over significant incidents to demonstrate the interactions between the intern teachers and their intern mentoring teachers over the semester including interactions between the intern teachers and intern mentoring teachers, strategy used, and passing on practical experiences and self reflections.     The conclusions reached are as followed:   1. Over the intern semester, the focus between the intern teachers and their   mentoring counseling teachers is on teaching management in authentic teaching   and handling the social skills.   2. Over the intern semester, the growth from both the intern teachers and their   intern mentoring teachers   I. Growth from the intern teachers:   a. From an actual experience, the intern teachers know what are their strengths     and weaknesses. The intern teachers can further reinforce or carry out their   strengths. As to the weaknesses, they learn to improve them.   b. Youth is the foundation to learning and can build experiences over time. An      intern teacher will have to be brave in trying new things to accumulate   experiences and power.   c. The secret to a happy working mood is to be polite to everyone and help the   needed.   II. Intern mentoring teachers’ growth are:   a. Admit to their wrongs: As teaching methods, attitudes, and behavior   performed in class, they evaluate the appropriateness of each in every class. If   there is any inappropriateness, the intern mentoring teachers admit to their   wrongs and seek improvements.   b. More flexible in teaching: If the intern teachers are better than the intern   mentoring teachers, the intern mentoring teachers can learn from them.   c. In order to let the intern teachers learn from teaching, the intern mentoring   teachers will need to be more aware in handling daily affairs and find the   relationship between every cause and effect.   Finally, from above research study, it may provide suggestions to the intern teachers, the intern mentoring teachers, and future researchers in the related topic.
