In this paper, the working pressure of emergency ambulance staff was discussed for the firefighters not enough. The questionnaire includes working stress of emergency ambulance staff, professional skills, and rest time. The results showed that the emergency ambulance staff had great working pressure when the emergency ambulance staff implemented the rescue work. The professional skills for emergency rescue are generally enough. However, the rest time is insufficient for the emergency ambulance staff. The important-performance analysis also showed the priority issue is the working stress of emergency ambulance staff.
