A collected and well-defined interviewed questionnaire was facilitated the investigation process. In this study, a questionnaire survey approach and convenience sampling was used to recruit 100 valid samples. The statistics software SPSS 19.0 was used for descriptive and inferential data analysis. The results showed that the social support of subjects were mostly from friends and spouse. The marriage status, educational levels and job situation were significantly related to social support among people with acquired physical disabilities. Work self-efficacy was also significantly related to gender, marriage status, job situation and religion. The results of predictive power indicate that the better the “informational support”, the better the “confidence in career preparation skills”. Whereas the better the “instrumental support”, the worse the “confidence in career preparation skills”. The better the “informational support”, the better the “confidence in job seeking skills”. The better the “instrumental support”, the worse the “confidence in job seeking skills”. Chun-Lin Mar Shang-Hou Li 馬長齡 李聲吼 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW |
