Firstly, a high speed milling theory is studied to select appropriate cutting parameters in order to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface roughness are within tolerable range when thin sheet deformation is occurred . The procedure of this research is to make the square grids with 0.3 mm of length and width on the thickness plane before conducting high speed milling. The values of surface roughness, thin sheet flexible deformation and aged spring back amount, and plastic deformation of thickness plane are measured when experiments have been conducted. The parameters selected in this study including 7 spindle speed 6000 rpm, 8000 rpm, 10000 rpm, 12000 rpm, 14000 rpm, 16000 rpm and 18000 rpm; and 3 of depth of cut 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. The results showed that the amount of plastic deformation on thickness plane in the spindle speed of 8000 rpm, 10000 rpm and 12000 rpm, the plastic deformation values are 0.04 mm to 0.08 mm lower than the results obtained from other rotational speed. After experiments performed, the flexible deformation and aged spring back amount are measured. According to the experimental results and related literature, the spring back effects can be found within 12 to 48 hours by natural aged. However, the phenomenon will disappear after 60 hours. The maximum flexible deformation occurs at spindle speed of 18000 rpm and depth of cut of 0.7 mm. While the maximum spring back amount is found at 36 hour. An average surface roughness(Ra) values of 0.30 to 0.35μm can be obtained when the spindle speed is 8000 to 12000 rpm, A maximum values of 2.5 to 3.2 μm can be found when the spindle speed is 6000 to 14000 rpm.
