The Study on the Tourist Satisfaction and Willingness to Return of Home Stay — A Case of Reisui Township in Hualien County

碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系所 === 101 === Rich in natural resources and visiting potential, Reisui Township is an important tourist center of Hualien County. A large number of tourist resources attracts numerous tourists. Therefore, home stays have also been on the rise. This research wants to study the customers staying at Reisui Town, about their distribution of tourist groups, accommodation satisfaction, as well as the correlation between satisfaction and willingness to provide for the accommodation industry in the region for the management of reference. Research on questionnaire issued a total of 400 questionnaires, recovered 350 people effectively, via the SPSS17.0 software for the statistical analysis, the results are as follows: 1. Visitors to Reisui Township home stays, according to the visitors ' socio-economic background, they are male, 21~30 ages, commercial and services, college educated, unmarried, incomes of less than 500,000 NT dollars, and mainly from the South. According to visitors characteristics, they are holiday accommodation, two days and one night, the first time to the host, peer of relatives, 7 or more counterparts, quad accommodation, indivisual travel arrangements, and the data source by Internet search for most. 2. As for differences of satisfaction in visitor characteristics, including peer-number of accommodation, accommodation companions, accommodation period, accommodation times, sources of information, accommodation room type, there are significant differences on these parts. As for differences of satisfaction in socio-economic background, including gender, occupation, education, personal income, and place of residence, there are significant differences. 3. Through the Pearson correlation analysis of satisfaction and willingness, shows a positive correlation between the two. It means the higher satisfaction of tourists, the willingness to return is also higher.
