碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 幼兒保育系所 === 101 === The purposes of this study were to investigate, the effects of healthy diet program on nutritional knowledge and healthy diet behavior of elementary students. Two classes of students were selected from two third grade in Pingtung. There were 95 nine years old child, experimental group 49 students and control group 46 students. The instruments used in this study included Child Nutritional Knowledge and Consumer Behavior Scale. The study employed the two former to conduct pretest and posttest. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were one-way ANCOVA. According to this research results, the conclusions of this study are as follows : (a) There were no significant differences between the experimental group and control group of Nutritional Knowledge. (b) There were no significant differences between the experimental group and control group of Healthy Diet Behavior. The findings of this study were discussed, and some recommendations had been presented in relation to school educators and future research.
