The thesis will deal how and why people come to Mongolia, what are the most problematic issues when living in Mongolia, and what other difficulties are encountered. Overall, the current study will attempt to indicate the alternatives as a recommendation empirically and theoretically. The current study is based on qualitative method, where the research dealt with four expatriates experience of working and living in Mongolia for over three to ten years. For example in 2004 The Number of Foreign Employees is twenty thousand seven hundred six, therefore nine thousand three hundred eighty eight employees are from Main land China which is the highest number of foreign employees in Mongolia. Although by 2010 The Number of Foreign Employees has increased to twenty six thousand seventy two, the number of employees from Main land China become thirteen thousand seven hundred fourteen. Overall, the current study is based on interviewing expatriates through email, instant chat conference and face to face to deliver relevant and reliable information to the study. In addition, the current study was rarely noticed in the literature area in the previous time, therefore the literature review and the guideline is embraced from the similar topics that are studied in the earlier researches and followed case study research method under the theory of life satisfaction, job satisfaction in terms of a new environmental influence towards intercultural adjustment at the organization. Therefore the factors influenced adaptation and job satisfaction.The study concluded the important factors that interfere expatriates job satisfaction versus intercultural adjustment and how it is embraced to their work roll and outcomes.
