Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 101 === The purposes of this study are to discuss the factor of overseas expatriate intention in Taiwan enterprises. In order to reach the purpose, the study is conducted in descriptive and exploratory study with qualitative research of half-structure case study by in-depth interviews. First of all, researched globalized economy, overseas expatriates, career development, organizational identification and overseas expatriate intention theories by literature review. Then according the research purpose and the literature review generalized the interview agenda and choose ten expatriate or expatriated candidates of Taiwan enterprises for the in-depth interview. After the interview, typed with the record and analysis the propositions and suggestions. In this research, it comes six propositions. In the individual factor part, personal traits and career development effect expatriate intention as proposition one and two; In the job factor part, organizational identification effect expatriate intention as proposition three; In the organization factor part, the organization support system effect expatriate intention as proposition four and five;In the environment factor part, the expect of industry development vision effect expatriate intention as proposition six.
