Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 國際經營管理碩士班 === 101 === This Analysis is mainly about the problems and difficulties that coffee farmers face in Honduras. The research was done through Qualitative Research based on one-to-one interviews and in-field trips which includes visits to farms, cooperatives and processing areas. It focuses in problems that were found in different areas which consist of Human Resources, Logistics, Infrastructure, Production, Marketing and Sales. All this areas can be improved in the long-term with help from the government, investors and all the people that are involved during the processing of coffee, while this research gives special focus on suggestions for Production and Marketing areas.
