Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 國際經營管理碩士班 === 101 === This thesis is mainly focused on sexual harassment in Taiwanese corporate environment. It aims to evaluate and review the causes of sexual harassment in the workplace and to provide recommendations, which will help to prevent and avoid misconducts inside companies.
A qualitative method was conducted during this research. Using systematic literature about sexual harassment, interviews, evaluating company’s policies, comparing government regulations; and by analyzing cases, help out to accomplish the research process successfully. Also, it was possible to provide appropriate and effective measurements to prevent and avoid sexual harassment, such as: specific guideline for sexual harassment in the workplace in Taiwan.
