Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 教育研究所 === 101 === The study aims to explore the current conditions of teachers’ acknowledgement and awareness on school marketing systems and strategies in Kaoshiung junior high schools. This study was conducted by means of questionnaire survery. 670 teachers were randomly sampled from 8 junior high schools in original Kaohsiung City. Among the collected questionnaires, 501 were valid, yielding a return rate of 74.8%. The collected data was analyzed by statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, standard deviation, t-Test. Based on the analyzed results, the folliwings were concluded: 1. Teacers’ achnowledgement toward school marketing systems is positive. 2. The teachers of different background have significant difference on years of experiences. 3. The teachers of different environments have different opinions about the appliance of marketing strategies.
