Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 101 === In recent years, the electronic game has become the core of digital industry. Prior to creating a game, conducting the systems analysis and design has been considered to be the most important first step. Over the past decade a considerable effort has been made in agile software development such as Scrum approach in practice. However, the detailed guideline for implementing Scrum is lacking. To alleviate the aforementioned problem, we followed the design science research method to investigate what activities need to be performed when implementing Scrum approach, what input and output were needed for each activity, and what methods or models needed to be used during each Scrum step. Grounded on the modular systems theory and intensive literature review, we proposed a comprehensive modeling methodology with UML for game which has detailed guideline for implementing Scrum Approach. Finally the M-company which adopts the Scrum approach for game development was chosen to valid its usability. With this proposed methodology, the implementing organization can have better understanding and preparation for Scrum approach, and thereby enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of game development.
