Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 高階經營碩士班 === 101 === This study introduces Moli Modeling Agency’s entrepreneurship story to help other researchers understand the management style of modeling businesses. The researcher is a fashion industry professional, who aspires to help others realize their dreams, and as a result, has established a modeling agency. The establishment of Moli Modeling Agency required a great deal of resources. The researcher recruited professionals from the modeling industry in the greater Kaohsiung area, including lecturers, judges, and senior members of modeling industry associations to act as judges, advisors, and mentors. Members of the Moli Modeling Agency have the same goal in that they are devoted to training local models in the Kaohsiung area. Moli aims to open up the local modeling industry by developing new standards and prospects. The researcher’s company specializes in creating an ideal platform to hold model selections and help aspiring models to fulfill their dreams. Furthermore, it offers complete training courses to promote each model’s personal values. The researcher also advocates that what the models learn in this training applies not only to their work, but also to their daily lives, so that they can be “models” in every facet of their lives. Through this in-depth research, more can be understood about the company’s business blueprint. In addition, the company can review and improve its weaknesses and enlarge operations to be capable of promoting a positive image of models. By helping to break the public stereotypes of models, these industry professionals can find better working opportunities. It is expected that the company can create exposure to mass media, as well as enhance performance opportunities. The goal is for Moli to become the standout model training agency of southern Taiwan, with the potential for overseas expansion and promotion.
