Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 機械與機電工程學系研究所 === 101 === This study investigated the temperature field variation on material surface cause by the generation of Joule heat when transient electromagnetic wave hit at the surface of the material and the relationship between the temperature field variation and the electromagnetic field variation. Surface Plasmon wave is the collective shock behavior of free electrons within the metal that was affected by external electromagnetic field. The electron waves would not penetrate the metals because the shielding effect since high electron density of metal, but generate the confined longitudinal wave on surface. This wave is called non-radiative surface plasmon waves. Electromagnetic waves will be obtained by the finite difference time domain method for solving Maxwell''s equations. The relationship between the electromagnetic wave and the material surface thermal field can be analysis by two methods, to change the wavelength of electromagnetic or to change the materials
