碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 102 === Occupational violence is one kind of threat to employees that also produces serious health, safety, and legal problems. The hospital violence against health care workers in the physical and psychological impact, but also the risk of management of health care institution. The objective of this study is to establish a psychosocial workplace hazard management system by using of information and communication technologies in hospital which system is integrated into Hospital Information System and automated Short Message Service, in order to achieve a proactive, automated and seamless medical care services environment. This psychosocial workplace hazard management system is made up of concern Case management system, hazard scene guidance system and hazard scene supporting system. The first system provides the dynamic visit message of the case for the case manager. The second provides the guideline for the staff. And the third provides violence prevention support by the hazard team when hazard event occurs. Finally, our hospital established a systematic management to prevent psychosocial hazards via the information technology management that increases the quality of patients’ care, the efficacy of hospital management and the safety and health of the staff in hospital.
